Rugs constructed of synthetic materials are pre-vacuumed. Thermo-Ex will then apply a biodegradable pre-spray to emulsify dirt and stains. Using our truck mounted thermal extraction method dirt, stains, and other contaminants are rinsed away.

Rugs constructed from natural fiber such as wool or cotton will require a much milder approach. Depending on the type of material and era, our professional technicians will determine which cleaning method is best and most effective.
